We work with developers on a range of affordable housing opportunities, including:
acquiring affordable homes within new developments;
working with partners on Section 106 and other affordable housing requirements;
forward funding and forward purchase arrangements where appropriate;
acquiring rented and shared ownership homes;
working on schemes of different sizes and in a range of locations; and
progressing opportunities through clear and proportionate governance and due diligence.
Local authorities Who we work with
We work closely with local authorities to help meet local housing need. This can include:
providing affordable rented and shared ownership homes;
working through nomination arrangements;
supporting new housing delivery within local areas;
working alongside councils and developers on Section 106 schemes; and
developing long-term relationships that support residents and local communities.
