Our collaborative and accountable approach ensures our customers always come first. We never lose sight of the needs of the diverse communities we serve. Alleviating housing needs is vital, but cutting corners is not an option. Together with our partner organisations, we are committed to quality – from the service customers receive to our liveable, design-led properties, where affordability and desirability go hand in hand.

We believe in strong collaboration with all our stakeholders, not just development partners and investors to enable the delivery of exceptional housing. This means working closely with our agents and delivery partners, including carefully selected managing agents, local authorities, the Greater London Authority, and the Regulator of Social Housing to ensure that we fulfil what is expected of us.
We are ambitious about raising the bar for affordable housing in terms of design quality and location at the right price. We believe that aspirational homes and quality services can be affordable and our approach is based entirely on this premise.
We pursue environmental sustainability throughout the design, construction and management lifecycle. This is done in every aspect of our work,
including sustainable business practices, supported by strong governance and risk management.
We have an inclusive culture that celebrates individual differences of the people we employ and house. Respecting diversity and promoting equality underpins the work we do and the services we provide.
